LIMITED WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of ThumbPRO®. Most products include a 30-day money-back guarantee and a free size exchange from the date of delivery for the original purchaser.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in unused, like-new condition.
- We cannot replace items that are: outgrown, lost, heavily worn, stained, or damaged from misuse.
- Manage your order or request a return using our self-serve portal.

Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on certain sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS & SIZE EXCHANGES
Refunds
To request a refund, submit a return request within 30 calendar days of receiving your item and follow the return instructions.
If you placed your order as a guest, you may initiate your return by following this link. You'll need your order number and the email used at checkout.
Once we’ve received your return and verified it meets our guidelines, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (no later than 30 days).
Please include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts from the original package.
If your product was part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned. Pack items securely using the original packaging if possible, and clearly place the return label on the package.
Refunds or replacements are only processed once all returned items are received and reviewed.
If your return is incomplete, damaged, missing packaging, improperly submitted, or shows signs of misuse, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct reasonable costs as permitted by law.

Usage & Wear Policy
Thumb guards are performance equipment. Wear and tear is expected. If the guard shows signs of use, dirt, or damage—even within 30 days—it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
