Shipping policy
Standard US USPS shipping is estimated 3-7 business days with no guarantee on date of arrival. We ship packages within 1-3 business days of order.
Cost for USPS shipping is $4.99.
We also offer expedited shipping at a discount.
IMPORTANT: ThumbPRO does not refund for carrier delay or loss of package. ThumbPRO, under certain circumstances, may file a claim for a customer verified LOST packages (over 20 days in transit) in conjunction with and cooperation by customer, if tracking shows loss of delivery.
Shipping pricing vary by carrier may change without notice.
IMPORTANT: There are no Sunday or federal holiday (including mid-week federal holidays) shipments or carrier transits. Saturday delivery is carrier and location dependent.

* Due to weight considerations, Overnight and 2nd Day have a limited of 4 ThumbPROs per package. There is an extra shipping charge for over 5 ThumbPROs on any FedEx expedited service.
2nd Day and Priority Overnight ship same day if order is placed on a weekday/non-holiday before 3:00 pm EST. We do NOT ship FedEx overnight Friday-Sunday.
ThumbPRO does not guarantee Saturday shipping. For any Saturday 2nd Day packages ship out from the ThumbPRO facility by 10:30 am EST.
Saturday and Sunday are a non-shipment day. ThumbPRO may, from time-to-time ship Saturdays, therefore any outgoing Saturday FedEx shipment 2nd day delivery date will be delayed by one business day.
Overnight service is ONLY available non-holiday Monday-Thursday and orders must be placed before 3:00 pm EST. Please note: We do not ship FedEx Overnight from Thursday-Sunday and we do not ship on federal holidays.
Please plan accordingly on all expedited shipments!
All Shipping Delivery dates are estimates and carrier dependent, INCLUDING 2nd Day.
Shipment delivery day is NOT guaranteed by any carrier, including expedited services. ThumbPRO is not liable for late arrival dates or carrier loss of any package. Once a package leaves our facility, as noted by tracking information, it is in the hands of the carrier and subject to their provisions.
IMPORTANT: If ordering 2nd day delivery on a Friday or before a Monday holiday or prior to or on a weekday federal holiday, please be advised as there will be a delay in the 2nd day arrival time due to the weekend, the upcoming weekend, and/or the holiday. We do NOT ship Overnight from Friday-Sunday.
Standard USPS shipments are approximate (est. 3-7 business days within the continental USA).
PLEASE NOTE: Once a shipment leaves the ThumbPRO facility the package is in the hands of the carriers. ThumbPRO is NOT responsible for any late, lost. or pirated packages. Customers should contact their local postal carrier with any questions re. shipment delays or issues.
The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in the order receipt and order confirmation emails. ThumbPRO may change prices at any time without notice. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes.
Sales Tax: ThumbPRO charges sales tax where required by law. If you are shipping to states where sales tax is charged, the appropriate charges may be added to your merchandise total and displayed in your order. Prices for the Products may or may not include charges for shipping and handling.
Separate charges for tax and shipping may be itemized in your shopping cart and on shipping confirmation email.
Delivery
ThumbPRO does not guarantee the availability of any Product on the Platform. ThumbPRO reserves the right, without liability or earlier notice, to change, discontinue or stop making or selling any Product.
Please note and plan accordingly, especially when ordering expedited shipping: ThumbPRO does not ship on the weekends nor on federal holidays.
Carrier shipment arrival times are not guaranteed, including expedited services and ThumbPRO does not offer a guarantee on delivery dates with any carrier.
We may provide you with the information on the latest expected delivery date which should not exceed thirty (30) days unless you specifically agree on a later date.
In case you unreasonably defer delivery or delay the receipt of delivery after we have notified you that we have tried to deliver the ordered items to you, or if you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the delivery package may be returned to us. We are not responsible for incorrect address, address changes, or change of address after placement of order/order in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain packages shipped to an address no longer viable to the customer. ThumbPRO will not and cannot reroute any shipments once order is fulfilled and also once order is already in transit.
Delivery options are defined in checkout and may change. Delivery based on the option selected is not guaranteed. ThumbPRO is not responsible for any reimbursement for payment of the express delivery price if the service requested was not delivered on time. If the items remain undelivered and are returned to us undelivered, we shall consider that you have exercised your right to cancel the contract and when we receive the returned delivery package, we will refund you in accordance with our return policy less the reasonable additional costs incurred by ThumbPRO.

ThumbPRO shall not be held responsible for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to acts of war or terror, strikes, national or local states of emergency, pandemic, epidemic, failure of transportation facilities, power or utility outages, earthquakes, or other natural disasters (“EventsOutside Our Control”).
Shipping Policy
In compliance with standard business practices, our company has established the following provisions to guide the execution of our shipping services:
- Non-Operating Days and Weekend Shipping: Our company strictly observes a no-shipping policy on non-operating days, specifically weekends. Despite availing expedited shipping carrier services, such as 2nd Day Shipping, provided at checkout, please note and be mindful that order placement during the back half of the business week (Wed/Thur/Fri) and weekends are subject to varying carrier pickup timing, which may impact delivery date. Additionally, expedited orders placed over the weekend will be handled with a good faith effort and prioritized for dispatch on the succeeding business day.
- Federal Holidays and Potential Delays: Our company adheres to the nationally recognized holidays, and as such, we do not conduct shipping on Federal holidays. As a result, orders placed either on or proximate to Federal holidays, irrespective of the shipping method selected (be it standard or expedited), are susceptible to carrier delay. We urge you to factor in such potential delays while placing any orders. Weekday federal holidays impact expedited shipping and will factor into the delivery date by the carrier. Customers must recognize this delay when using expedited shipping on close to or on federal holidays as well as on weekends. We will not be held responsible for any liability or inconvenience arising from federal holidays or weekend shipping delays.
- Weather-Related Delays and Liability: Our company wishes to stress the fact that disruptions in the form of adverse weather conditions (i.e. acts of God) may lead to shipment delays beyond our direct purview and control. Such delays are contingent on the carrier's discretion and could affect both standard and expedited shipping options, inclusive of FedEx 2nd Day Shipping. Accordingly, we shall not be held responsible for any liability or inconvenience arising from weather-induced shipping delays.
- Shipping Estimates and Delivery Guarantees: Our company or shipping carrier may provide shipping estimates for both standard shipping and expedited services. However, these estimates do not equate to guaranteed delivery dates. Numerous unforeseen factors could potentially interfere with the projected timelines, thereby affecting the delivery schedules. As such, we shall not be held accountable for discrepancies between the estimated and actual delivery dates.
These stipulations are laid out to foster a transparent and harmonious transactional relationship with our customers.
